Sadly, this is a negative review.I spoke to the management about this but the more I consider how it went, the more I realise how poor it actually was. I became used to getting superior service at this location that I failed to recognise the usual signs as they occured. So I apologise for the fact that my comments here do not fully reflect what I mentioned to the management of the Studio shortly after this appointment took place.What she did well was that she appeared to be relaxed and happy about this work (though in retrospect I no longer believe that to be the case).
